Cancellations & changes
Cancellation Policy
Dal Fiorentino requires a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for all order cancellations. This policy enables us to maintain efficient kitchen operations and minimize food waste.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations submitted with at least 24 hours' notice are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will be processed and the full order value converted to store credit, valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. No cancellation fee applies to store credit conversions. For detailed information regarding store credit terms and usage, please contact us at hello@dalfiorentino.london.
Catering and Large Orders
For catering orders and large party bookings, we respectfully request as much advance notice as possible for any modifications or cancellations. Please note that once food preparation has commenced, cancellations may no longer be eligible for refund or store credit.
Modifications to Orders
Should you need to adjust collection times, delivery details, or any other aspect of your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dalfiorentino.london. We will endeavor to accommodate reasonable modification requests where operationally feasible; however, late changes may be subject to limitations depending on preparation status.
Pickup
Pickup orders should be collected at the agreed time to maintain quality and food safety.
For pick up verification, please do double check names and orders, if you'd like to be more specific, please use the Order number i.e. "CAT-260516-0F0T"

Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates; factors like traffic can affect timing.
Risk of loss passes to you upon pickup or delivery to the provided address.
Check your order on receipt and contact us promptly if anything is missing or incorrect.
Delivery Procedure
We deliver via Uber and are unable to accompany the order. It is essential that someone is available to receive your delivery. Please follow this process:
1. Your order is processed and confirmed
2. We will call you before dispatching to confirm the Uber
If there is no response, we will not be able to send the order
3. Your phone number is shared with the driver
You will receive live tracking via WhatsApp
4. We will call again when the Uber is close
Please ensure someone is ready to collect the food directly from the car, as we are unable to do so ourselves
5. Order received - enjoy!
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Please make sure the phone number you provide is one you will have with you and can answer during the delivery window. If we cannot reach you, the order cannot be sent.
Allergies & dietary info
We handle common allergens in our kitchen. Cross-contact is possible despite careful practices.
If anyone in your group has dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can advise on suitable options or make adjustments where possible.
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously and will work with you to ensure everyone in your party can enjoy our food safely.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so (for example, injury caused by our negligence).
